Last August 30, hubby and I had the front door lock of the apartment changed with permission from the lady land owner. It was done by Gene who is also their welder. It took hime quite some time to finish installing the new dead bolt lock. The lock inside the house won’t work well. But thankfully it was fixed. We still have to get the other keys to the house and rooms from the owner after we have signed the contract of lease and after giving the PDCs for the 12 months rent and for the two months advance deposit. We still have some clarifications on some of the contents of the contract then but we were able to get into an agreement as of today.
