Thank goodness it is LOWER than what we expected! What’s lower? Simply our water bill is lower compared to the recent months which we were surprised of since we thought there is still a leak with the water system here in the house. For our August bill we paid more than 100% increase and we did not avail of the privilege since the staff from the DCWD said we may need to reserves it just in case there will be a leak next time where our bill will be much more higher. Being lower, well it should be I think since the water flow in our house during the day is not as much when it is late at night.
