Today is squash day! I missed my fave veggie so hubby cooked this for our viand today. We have postponed cooking this for a couple of days and finally we had it for our viand coz I know we really need to go change to a veggie diet since I think we have too much meat the past few days. I need this too since squash is rich in Vitamin A which is good for the eyes especially for my eyes which have been strained since yesterday.
