My sister showed us a new property that we may be interested in buying. That kind of property is something that caught the interest of hubby and me when she told us about it the last time we went to her house. I even asked her is she might be interested in lending us some money. It took her awhile before she was able to respond.

I guess we might opt for a bank loan this time. We just don’t know yet what we need to comply if we do decide to go after that property. My friend was also asking around for a different kind of loan. She was looking for asset based lending which are for companies who need to maximize their borrowing capacity using accounts receivable and inventory as collateral. She has a big loan requirement for a business that she and her hubby is starting on their own this time.

I guess we both need funds for each of our own different needs at this time on lending. I just pray she will be able to find a way as well as for hubby and me to find ways to decide and find more funds in order to get that property.

It seems I am not the only one looking for investment idea. One of hubby’s office mate has been asking around for some good and profitable investment ideas. He is really hoping to save up and prepare for his two young son’s future.
