Have you ever been told not to shop or do the grocery on an empty stomach or when you are hungry? I have been told twice and i heard it several times too. They say it often that when you are hungry like really hungry, you often find it hard to think and choose among healthy food to buy. It might also encourage you to buy more food that you want to eat since you are hungry and these food tends to be sweets, oily and salty. These kinds of food of course is not good for you. So better shop when you’re not hungry and able to think that one should be buying wisely and grabbing only the healthy choices of food in the grocery.

If there is one thing that would describe the condition of my tummy now oh well it is officially hungry and craving for food. Thank goodness to Euro Baker’s delicious bread (pandesal) that I have recently discovered, my tummy will be appeased until we go to the fave Filipino buffet restaurant or to that Thai restaurant at Robinson’s for brunch after which hubby said we need to buy some stuff at the grocery. Now let’s eat those pan de sal! It’s yummy promise even without any sandwich spread!

It’s going to be another busy day for me even on a Sunday. Hubby the cook in the house is playing Poker in my iPod Touch in the little boy’s room and is not even preparing breakfast. I told him we could eat at Probi our fave resto instead if he does not want to cook since they serve breakfast buffet at a more affordable price than when we have breakfast at McDo. But he did not say anything and instead went to the boy’s room and lied down to play Poker!

I cannot help but think what his mother said about him being like his dad who likes to play at the computer too. He also did not follow and understand what I told him about the laundry in the bathroom which I always tell him to ask if he did not get it. Oh my! Inhale! Exhale! I got to keep my cool or this busy day is going to be ruined. I need to focus on work. No more negative vibes okay!
