Food and getting hungry for food is what I was just telling myself not to think about it. Maybe I just have to stop thinking about food and all that is delicious to eat in life or around town. But what about my food blog? I cannot forsake it just to get going on my diet. But sometimes it is a matter of mind over matter. I think my mind should stop thinking of food that I wanna eat. But life is short and sometimes you just wanna give in to what you crave for. I know… excuses! LOL! Gosh I should go back to badminton, biking, walking and using my treadmill again.
I am starting to think of making my own health blog as I continue to find natural ways to lose weight if possible safely, effectively and quickly. The search goes on as I hop from one resource online to another. There are a lot of sites online that you’ll read about different reviews on hundreds of various diet supplements and recently a friend referred me to one site and you can click here to learn more about what she was telling me about. As of now, I am just trying to cut donw on my food intake each day and it ain’t easy when you are oh so tempted to go out and have another food trip with the boys especially today that it is bonding time with the boys later when we are done with this one house chore.
Before hubby and I once again forget anything we need right here at home, I started on making a list of the tings we need to buy in the grocery like the lil boy’s bathsoap, milk, diapers, foaming facial cleanser, plus the acne treatment gel I want to buy for hubby but I still have to browse more through those reviews to be able to choose the right one for him. We need to make a list coz more often than not, we often only remember them upon returning home from the grocery. I also told hubby to make a list and write them down but it seems he just writes tehm down in his memory and he often forgets about it by the time I asked him for his list.
The boys and I we’re back to the fave resto which we missed to eat recently. That is where we go to when we feel hungry and the lil boy wants to go play at the slide. So last night after we attended the Ash Wednesday mass, we went there to have dinner. We ordered the lil boy’s fave buttered chicken while I ordered my fave fried boneless milkfish since we need to abstain from eating meat.
Hubby was asking when we need to abstain from eating meat. I said if we can only abstain every day then that won’t be a problem. It might even help me lose more weight and my sis would think I really pursued on that talk about taking weight loss pills. Honestly I’d like to go on a veggie or pure fish diet not only this Lenten season but for the rest of the year. This resto we go to has several options for fish dishes in their menu so we can keep on coming back there for more.
