People who work in the construction industry know the hazards that comes with the kind of construction work that they do. Since last year when a new building was being constructed near our place, I would come to think of the risk that would be involved not only for the construction workers themselves but for the people around the area as well. Filing a lawsuit can be complicated. It is not easy to be part of a lawsuit though I have never filed any nor do I wish to be involved in anything like it.
