For my Mellow Yellow Monday entry, here is a yellow flower (whose name I forgot) which I found at the frontyard of my sister’s house when we went there Sunday night last week to have a celebration. Do you know what this flower is called? I have yet to ask my sister. Happy Monday and have a great week ahead!
I have been drinking Fit n’ Right pineapple flavor for awhile now hoping there will be a little miracle with the L-Carnitine that they say will help you lose weight. Though I also like the four seasons and apple flavors. Effective or not though, I like this drink and I think it is better than drinking Coke or other sweet juices. But if there are any fresh as in fresh natural fruit juices available then I would prefer that better than this.
For my Mellow Yellow Monday entry this week, here is my fave Selecta Creations Quezo Real Ice Cream Stick. I love Selecta’s Quezo Real compared to Nestle’s Quezo Primera. We bought this one instead so that we can control/limit it to one ice cream stick a day unlike when we buy in can we can scoop as much as we can.
