We got the SkyCable DigiBox just last Saturday afternoon after the cable connection was gone for about a month already. We do not watch TV that much anymore for many months already as encouraged by the little boy’s school to eliminate, if not lessen and regulate the kid’s TV time. Now that it is the Christmas holiday break from school and just in time that the owner offered us an option on this digibox, we grabbed the chance since there are times that there are events and shows that we want to watch. Not that often though but only on certain occasions.

The fourth day of the so called misa de gallo was extra special because we attended the said mass celebrated at the covered court of my college alma mater. It is basically special because it is my other half’s special day, it’s dear hubby’s birthday! We decided to attend the mass there because as his request and as a treat we had breakfast buffet at Cafe Marco. We just need to cross the street after the mass just in time for the start of their breakfast buffet. We did this last year too. Two years ago, we availed of MPH’s room rate promo with free breakfast buffet for two. Next year we will see because the lil guy will no longer be free of charge. We’ll see then. (more…)

It is a holiday today and I wish to relax and enjoy this day. The little boy is still fast asleep and I will let him sleep more since they have no class anyway. But I’m getting bored waiting. If only we have those xbox games I would not be a little bored right now waiting for hubby to come home a few hours after lunch. Yes they work even on holidays. No complains it’s just that they do indeed have work on holidays.

If we have those games right now, I bet the lil guy is wide awake by now. But the school has limitations when it comes to that but since it is a holiday and there’s no class, maybe we could have those games if only we have those games. It will be a fun holiday!
