Still on the process of copying photo file folders for back-up from my WD portable HD to my laptop. The WD is acting up lately. Sometimes it won’t be detected anda little sensitive that when you move it slighty, it will be disconnected. So I continued to copy back up of our photos just in case. But I hope the WD won’t give up just yet.

weekend snapshot
Here is a shot taken during our vacation two weeks ago. This is a street lamp post at the Fuente-Osmena Park in Cebu City, Philippines. The park, which in the Fuente Rotunda, was mostly deserted at that time and we were free to roam around and take photos. The park though was kind of dirty as there were activities held there every night as I understand because of the Sinulog Festival.

This is my first entry here for Sepia Scenes and this photo was taken at the old Mactan Bridge in Cebu City Philippines which we walked across with hubby and CT carried in our arms almost all the way across last January 19 when we had a vacation in Cebu for Sinulog Festival 2009 and that day we just decided to have a walk and have a photo op as well since we have nothing to do in the house where we were staying.

We are excited to have our family vacation just in time for CT’s 2nd birthday and for the Sinulog Festival 2009. I got a scare this morning and I thought it was a sign we won’t be fully be enjoying the trip when I accidentally hit the bag with the DSLR in it as I hurriedly locked the front door of the apartment on our way out with my sis C and CT to go to Doc R.B. in DDH medical tower for CT’s check up because of his cough that started a week ago.
