Cannot count on these new neighbors when you are in dire need of help or when you come knocking on their door. Someone tried to ask for help from them last night but they just ignored the knock. Anyway if the in-laws won’t help, how much more for these neighbors. Only the Lord and that person’s family can help.  It makes me think, do you and can you expect help from your neighbors when you are in need of help? Depends on the neighbor I guess. (more…)

At first I thought I was just really so sleepy that is why I suddenly felt dizzy and swaying in my computer chair. But when I looked an object hanging at the door knob near me, it was swaying and it could not be the wind. Then I read an FB status of a friend here saying there was indeed an earthquake. Given what Japan went through somehow when an earthquake is felt you cannot help but think what if this lasts long and there would be a much stronger one that would follow. (more…)

Parents have to teach their kids that in order that they won’t be late for school (or work), they have to adjust the time they wake up so they can prepare to go where they have to go earlier and that they can leave the house earlier and so they would be less likely to be late for work especially if they just commute.
