It has been a long while since I too time to watch Oprah but since I did not find anything interesting to watch and/or listen to on TV so I decided to stick to the Oprah Winfrey show for now at the Hallmark channel. The guest Oprah has today is Harry Connick Jr., the singer who loves Frank Sinatra songs. I remember him way back to the American Idol Season 9 Sinatra week. Well okay got to hop on to another show now since Oprah has just ended. Oh well it seems I tuned in quite too late! *wink*

Let There Be Sunshine

Let there be sunshine to wake me up more. I woke up to a gloomy and cloudy day. I don’t like this kind of weather when I have stuff to do and finish. It makes me more sleepy and just wanna go back to bed and sleep till hubby comes home from work. But that cannot happen. The lil boy is also up early today and is now watching Good Morning Mickey at Disney Channel. Even if I wanna sleep, I cannot do that when the lil one is wide awake. So I have to keep my eyes wide open and do stuff around here.

Good Morning Mickey

Good Morning Mickey is the show my son is watching right now since he woke up so early today just a few minutes after his dad left for work. He has been enjoying watching it and he has been laughing at times while watching the early morning cartoon at Disney Channel.

He is up early because we slept earlier than usual last night. I plan to stick to that and make it earlier if possible but since it’s going to the weekend then I guess it might not happen with hubby home and he might probably be up late. But we will try to sleep earlier from now on and it’s for our health’s sake.

Cooking Shows

Last night I was able to tune in to TV channels on the cable and the food they cooked and featured were easy to prepare and I felt so hungry after watching two of those cooking shows. Plus I got to visit one of the cooking website and my I got more hungry looking at the food shots and browsing through the recipes!

Now do I need to check back on those reviews of the best slimming pills made for those who are still wondering which such of these products that are sold out there would really work best and which you’d be sure regarding product safety, efficiency, quality, long-term results and value for money. Maybe I need to stop watching these cooking shows too because somehow they motivate me to take my passion for food and eating to a level that makes me eat more and more.

Howie Do It

The man Howie Mandel whom I first met through an online site commercial now has a show which we saw a few days back and the show is entitled Howie Do It. They play pranks on people who fall victims of Howie. Last time I saw a bald guy who wa sthe victim with Paula Abdul as accomplice of the prank they played on him. The bald guy was so into following Paula who does not want to hear the sound of the letter S when he talks to her. I was laughing and I am glad I am not in that guy’s shoes. I wish I can watch Howie Do It again.

Marshmallow Game

Still watching Ellen at Star World and they are playing this game called The Return of the Marshmallow Game. It is just a simple, fun and silly game of the girls wearing kimonos then there is a stretchable string tied to their nose while they try to reach out (with no hands) to eat the hanging marshmallow. Well all four contestants got Wii as their prize! well I could only say… weeeee!

Ellen

Okay I got bored with CNN and decided to TV channel hop and I ended now at Star World with Ellen de Generes show. I somehow started watching this coz by chance I see it on when we get the chance to see TV and change channels. I like that they gave out wonderful prizes and stuff. They gave out a car to a lucky Ellen fan. How hubby and I wish we can write to Ellen and ask for a car too! Then awhile ago they gave out round trip tickets to anywhere in the US to three guys who were the first to bring melons. I wish I can join too but where in the world would I find melons at this hour? Okay Ellen is back. I’ll watch it for awhile.

Watching TV

I rarely get to watch TV lately since our two year old son has dominated the use of our TV with his animated movies, etc. Now in the wee hours of the morning, I took the chance to watch TV oh well actually watch a little and listen most of the time to CNN or change to another channel where I find something interesting to watch or even just listen to. It’s a rare chance the past few days for me so I am trying to enjoy and update myself at the same time of the news around the world. I just hope that violence in Tehran will stop already. It is such a tragedy.

Watching Over Again

My son CT is watching the Mr. Bean series of episodes over again after he must have gotten bored watching Chicken Little, Ice Age 1 and 2, Monsters vs Aliens, Monsters Inc., and Spongebob Squarepants the Movie€ (well he really did not watch the whole movie not even half of it). He had just watched a series of Barney and friends from a CD borrowed from hubby’s office mate who kindly lent to us the CD for a few days. Anyway, since my son decided to watch Mr. Bean again (not the animated series though) I am just selecting the episodes that are better. He might get tired of this again soon. Dunno what we will let him watch for something new. We’ll just find a way.

Where’s the Baby?

My son after his marathon days watching Mr. Bean it seems he has found another cartoon movie to watch in marathon and that is Monsters Inc. He has watched the movie for the 5th time so far. But now he is asking for the baby girl named Boo in the movie. He keeps asking me “where’s the baby?” and he just wants to see the baby appear in the scene all the time but that is not how it is in the movie. Does he want me to remake the movie? Oh no! Well I would just distract him for the meantime till he sees the baby again.
