It was a sunny afternoon and with these magnificent clear sky above, the kids at school played soccer. It was really hot that left my dear little boy face flushed. It was great to have a clear sky this afternoon rather than have it rained and their soccer class would have been suspended.

I would like to say that I was proud he made all four goals suring their practice. But during real play though he was sad at the end because he was not able to score a goal. A teary eyed boy came to me and we have to assure him it is okay and there will be abother chance on their next soccer class.

I wish we will have a clear sky then but not as hot I hope so that the kids won’t have to endure the heat of the afternoon sun. It could easily drain their energy but hey they still enjoyed the class and looking forward to the next one. (more…)

It suddenly started to feel hot inside the house yet I still do not want to turn on the aircon until we go to sleep later on. I feel like wanting to take a bath right now. Or better jump into a swimming pool for a refreshing and cooling effect that I am sure to feel after a quick night swim. Swimming can also be good because it could make you have a relaxed sleep later on. I have tried that years ago after my swimming class at night after work and it would really feel good to sleep afterwards. (more…)

It has been kind of hot at night for the past two days. Even with the aircon on in the bedroom, we could still feel the hot air in the living room last night. Now I read in the news for the people in the metro capital to expect some hot spell ahead.

The temperature in Metro Manila could hit 36 degrees Celsius this week, which will be the second highest this year, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Monday.
